There is need to have pre-braille activities which enhance tactual kinesthetic sense. Teacher competencies are necessary on the braille skills. learners at this tender age need a barrier free environment, informed parents and caregivers, well informed curriculum developers to do curriculum adaptations to suit the learner's needs. The right attitude is necessary.
