Unit 10: Community Communications

Process of passing information from one person/organization to another using any form of media such as internet,mobile phone etc.

A group of people with a common background or with shared interests within the society.

An organization is a social unit of people that is structured and managed to meet a need or to pursue collective goals/objectives.

A school is an institution where an individual or a group of people go to learn a particular subject or course with an aim of acquiring skills and knowledge.

A social media is an online platform or channel for user generated content or computer program that allows people to communicate or share information/knowledge.

A group of people with similar interest.

Stakeholder- is any individual person(s), community or organisation(s) who have special interest in the school. Parents,teachers, pupils  and the government of Kenya are common examples of education stakeholders.
